Singapore, 19 May 2023 - Škoda Singapore has today launched the Škoda eShowroom, an online car reservation system that lets customers select, configure, and reserve a new Škoda - from the crowd-favourite Octavia to the racy family-mover, the Kodiaq RS.
From today, car buyers and Škoda fans have a smarter way to reserve their new Škoda - simply by visiting shop.skoda.com.sg, and with just a few clicks. Upon confirming their desired model, trim, colour and choice of original Škoda accessories, customers can explore financing and trade-in options, as well as calculate their monthly instalments based on various loan amounts and tenures.
To finalise their reservation, customers are only required to input their details and make a S$1,000 deposit upon check-out. Singpass integration makes the process of inputting their details easier. Additionally, customers can conveniently pay the deposit using a credit card.
A salesperson will then be in touch to complete the purchase, and assist with the trade-in of their existing vehicle, if applicable. The order can also be saved and revisited at a later date, if preferred.
"We are thrilled to introduce our new Škoda eShowroom, which makes it easier and more convenient for car buyers in Singapore to reserve and purchase a new Škoda. It not only provides our customers with added flexibility, but also showcases our commitment to providing an exceptional car buying and ownership experience. I am confident that they will appreciate the convenience and benefits it brings to their car buying journey," said Kurt Leitner, Managing Director, Volkswagen Group Singapore.
To celebrate the launch of the eShowroom, Škoda Singapore is offering exclusive online discounts of up to $5,555 on the Octavia RS, $2,555 on the Scala and Octavia, and $3,555 on the Octavia Combi, Kodiaq and Superb - only when reserved at shop.skoda.com.sg.
New Octavia RS Limited Edition As part of the launch, Škoda Singapore has also introduced a limited-run, online-exclusive Octavia RS, which is available exclusively in Satin Black and limited to five units. The Octavia RS Limited Edition builds on the appeal of the multi-award-winning Octavia RS liftback, loved the world over for its sporty design, enhanced driving dynamics, and versatility.
The Octavia RS Limited Edition bears a Limited Edition badge at the rear, and features contrasting red and black high-quality anti-slip, washable and environmentally friendly mats on the inside. The addition of the red and black mats complements the RS-unique interior upholstery as well as red brake calipers, which hint at the car's sporty intentions.
With the Octavia RS Limited Edition, car enthusiasts in Singapore can enjoy high performance, practicality, and striking aesthetics in equal measure.
The Octavia RS Limited Edition is now available to reserve at shop.skoda.com.sg.
