Own Damage Claims come into play when your vehicle (covered by the "Any Workshop" option, comprehensive car insurance policy) gets damaged or lost due to any of the following:

Fire: Catching fire due to an external explosion or self-ignition
Flood: Damage to the vehicle due to flash flood
Theft: Vehicle missing due to theft
Third Party Claims involve situations where there is damage caused by someone else's vehicle(s) as a result of an accident. Even if you are insured with a non-comprehensive insurance, our experienced Insurance Advisor will assist you to do a 3rd party claim against the other car insurance.
Windscreen claims come into play when your glass or windscreen (covered by the "Any Workshop" option, comprehensive car insurance policy) gets damaged or cracked due to an accident.
In order to retain intrinsic design properties of your vehicle, installing a new windscreen to replace your old one is a thorough process which needs to be carried our using Škoda specific adhesive. At Škoda Service Centre Singapore, you can be assured that our technicians will adhere to this process since they have access to Škoda -specific tools, skills and Škoda Genuine Parts.
